Nathan Kendall Dry Riesling

Dry Riesling | $24.95

The fruit for this cuvée is sourced from three vineyards on Seneca Lake. The vines range from 20-40 years old in age. Naturally fermented in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel. The wines are then aged on the gross lees until bottling the following summer.


Nathan Kendall 2016 Chardonnay

Chardonnay | $29.95

Sourced from two vineyards on Seneca Lake. The vine age of the two sites is over 40 old. One site is on silt loam while the other is on shale stone. Naturally fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Aged on the gross lees for a full year. The vine age as well as style of winemaking helps to create a richer, more textured wine.


Nathan Kendall 2016 Pinot Noir

Pinot noir | $31.95

The fruit for this blend is sourced from Seneca Lake vineyards. The soils from the sites range from silt loam to shale stone. Partial whole cluster fermentation helps this wine maintain a more fruit forward profile, as well as delicacy and freshness. Aged for one year in neutral French oak barrels. 


Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc | $31.95

Grown on silt loam soils of Seneca Lake, grapes are hand harvested and fermented with some whole cluster in the bins. Fermented till dry and aged in neutral French oak barrels for just under a year.


Cabernet Franc Primeur

Cabernet Franc Primeur | $24.95

A more fruit forward style of Cabernet Franc, briefly aged in stainless steel and released early for peak freshness. Best enjoyed with a sight chill. While youthful upon release, this wine has the structure to be aged as well. 


Solera Method Riesling | $31.95

A “sherry” inspired blend of 2013, 2015, and 2019 Riesling. This wine is made from oloroso and fino style barrels aged without sulfites and gently fortified to just 14% ABV. 


Extra Brut

Extra Brut | $44.95

This traditional method sparkling wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot noir, and Pinot Blanc. All grapes are hand harvested and fermented in neutral French oak barrels, and aged for 11 months on the lees. After bottling the wine is aged an additional 3 years in bottle before disgorging, and being dosed with an extremely small amount of sugar (2g/L).
